Phase 1 consists of 17 one (1) acre lots for sale.
Buyers may purchase up to five (5) contiguous lots to produce a single parcel.

Property owners receive an undivided interest in the taxiway and/or the runway.

Property owners and guests have access and use of over 200 acres of prime hunting, fishing and camping.

Proposed Organizational Structure:

The Farm property owners will be part of a Limited Partnership. The Johnson family being the

General Partner in the form of an LLC and the ensuing property owners as limited

partners.

Property Owners (Partners) will elect a Board of Directors to manage the business of the

airport and all decisions will be voted on and approved by the property owners.

Each Lot/Parcel will have one (1) vote.

Renters or Guests have no vote but may attend meetings as a guest of the property

owner.

First Five (5) buyers will receive “Early Adopter” pricing and will constitute the initial Board of Directors.
